When do you provide us with personal data?

  • Registration and Profile. If you register an account through our service or complete your traveler profile, we collect your personal identifiers, customer records, commercial information, and if you provide it, health or condition information. We use this information to create and administer your account, provide you with relevant Services and information, communicate with you about your account and use of the Services, provide loyalty program rewards and bonuses for customer support purposes, and send you marketing messages by email, push notifications, or text messages according to your preferences.
  • Booking and Ordering Trips. If you book a trip with us or order additional products or services, we collect various information, including your personal identifiers, customer records, commercial information, and if you provide it, health or condition information, as well as any other information you choose to provide to us. We use this information to process your transaction, complete and ship your purchase, book and confirm your travel itinerary, communicate with you and your travel companions about your itinerary, and administer the Services.
